Pour your heart into it: Valentine's recipe that will be loved!

Yeah, an' I like my candy just a little on the trashy side!

Valentine's White Trash Candy

3 cups Cheerios toasted oat cereal
3 cups Rice Chex
3 cups Corn Chex
12 ounces “Valentine’s M&Ms plain chocolate”
2 ½ cups roasted pecans
2 cups small pretzels
2 (12 ounce) packages white chocolate chips

In a large bowl mix the cereals, Valentine’s M&Ms, pecans & pretzels.

Melt white chocolate in the microwave.*

Pour melted chocolate over the rest of the ingredients and fold over until it is all well-coated. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat and spread candy out. Set in a cool place until it sets up. Break it into pieces. Store in air-tight containers.

*To melt chocolate chips, place them in a microwave safe bowl and heat on 50% power for 1 minute. Remove from the microwave and stir. Continue this process until the chocolate is almost melted. Then stir until the chocolate is smooth.

Stephanie would be all over these... she has a love affair with M&M's. :)

I'd even eat 'em.
