1 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. corn syrup
1/4 c. Kahlua
1/4 c. milk
Stir together dry ingredients and incorporate the syrup, Kahlua and milk, mixing well. Form into 1 inch balls and roll in granulated sugar. Store in an airtight container. For this recipe I had some coarse grained decorating sugar that I rolled them in. It really added lots of sparkle to the bites.
