Sugar Coated Pecans


2 egg whites,beaten
1 pound pecan halves
1 cup sugar
Pinch of salt

In a bowl, beat egg white until foamy. Add pecans and toss until well coated. Sprinkle sugar over the pecans and toss to coat. Spread in a single layer on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely before serving.

 Good little Christmas present.
