Guava paste rolled in phyllo dough with guava sauce.

Cut paste into small rectangular pieces and wrap them with phyllo sheets brushed with melted butter. Tied both ends of the rolls, place on a baking pan and bake till golden brown.  Cook guava nectar until reduced. Add a few  drops of red-food coloring and serve with your guava rolls and slices of fresh fruits, or vanilla ice cream.
