Paula Deen's Butter Popsicle

Ya'll, cooking is all about getting a meal done, feeding it to your friends and family, and having fun in the process. We all like to have kudos from a job well done. When it comes to cooking, it is very easy to add a stick of butter to mac-n-cheese because it will make it taste great. From time to time, a little extra butter is OK. If you were to serve mac-n-cheese two or three times a week (because you have kids that love it or just because you love it), think about what you are doing to your health and the health of your loved ones. Paula Deen is a wonderful cook, but even she and other top chefs would understand that culinary creations with butter and other fattening ingredients should be prepared in moderation. All recipes can be examined for alternative ways to produce a similar result with a healthier list of ingredients. When special occasions call for real butter, go ahead and indulge that craving. For day to day living, just remember moderation and healthier choices should rule the day.
