Recipe for a dessert that calls for Crepes, Crepes & more Crepes

Crepes Suzette, a dessert that is served hot with a sauce made out of sugar, orange juice, and Grand Marnier. Brandy is poured over the crepes and then lit to burn the alcohol in the brandy. Next time you get a chance to order this, don't hesitate. 
P.S. This is a dessert you don't want to share, it is the one you would like to have all to yourself.




Crepes can be prepared in many different ways. Serve it in a Martini glass, filled with a rich chocolate butter cream, topped with caramel and chocolate sauce, pistachios and whipped cream.
