Baked Manicotti

 Baked Manicotti one of those dishes that when it lands in front of you, a big warm smile spreads across your face. What is not to love about this creamy dish that oozes comfort all over?

Cook al dente and submerge in cold water to stop the cooking process.  This allows you to work the manicotti without breaking the shells.

Cut cheddar cheese sticks and wrap them in sliced ham.

Stuff the manicotti with the cheddar and ham rolls.  Put some Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish and then place the manicotti on top.

Pour more Alfredo sauce over the manicotti, sprinkle them with Parmesan cheese and crushed French's fried onions. Bake for about 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 325 degrees.  Switch the control to broil and cook till cheese starts to bubble.  Remove and serve.
