Désir de chocolat!

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup Sugar (I use Splenda blend) 
3 teaspoons baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup 2% milk
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1/3 c. Canola oil (Cholesterol free)
 1 egg

Mix all dry ingredients and add chocolate chips. Combine egg, milk, vanilla and oil and stir into flour mixture. Do not beat, just fold in. Bake 355 for about 20 minutes. Cool completely. Top muffins with freshly whipped cream, add a few chocolate chips on top of cream and dust with powder sugar! Kids love these muffins, and so do I!
