Can I Trifle That?

Arrange in layers pumpkin bread drizzle with coffee liquor, chocolate ganache and whipped cream.  You may add a chopped heath bar to give it a crunchy texture. 

Basic Chocolate Ganache

Equal parts chocolate and cream:

8 oz Heavy cream or whipping cream

8 oz the best quality semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate you can find

Bring the cream to a boil, then remove from the heat and pour over a bowl of chopped chocolate. Let it stand, covered to soften the chocolate. Whisk until smooth. For best results, let it cool overnight at room temperature.
