Chicken and rice soup!

Long day at work and no time to cook. Wait... leftover home made chicken and rice soup sounds good!
a few drops of hot sauce and ......  oh! life is good!

* 3 chicken breasts
* 2 cups frozen mix vegetable
* 1 stalk celery, chopped
* 1/2 large onion
* water to cover
* salt and pepper to taste
* 1 Knorr chicken bouillon
* 2 cups of cooked leftover rice.


1. Put the chicken, vegetables, celery, onion and chicken bouillon in a large soup pot and cover with cold water. Heat and simmer, uncovered, until the chicken meat is very tender. Removed onion (optional), season the broth with salt, pepper to taste and add rice.

I add small pastas such: stars, orzo, fideos, etc 10 minutes before is all cooked. :)
