A Veggietale of Greens Gone Wild!

Ingredients: 3 tbsp. butter 1 lb. mushrooms, halved 1/2 teaspoon onion powder  1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 c. burgundy wine salt and pepper to taste
In large skillet, melt butter and saute mushrooms over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add onion powder, cook 5 more minutes. Stir in the minced garlic, wine, salt and pepper. 
Continue cooking for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot


Adding the wow factor to your burgers.

Whenever I eat mushrooms with a meal, I am always left with a craving for more. The perfect side dish to any meal! :)
