Ingredients: 3 tbsp. butter 1 lb. mushrooms, halved 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 c. burgundy wine salt and pepper to taste
In large skillet, melt butter and saute mushrooms over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add onion powder, cook 5 more minutes. Stir in the minced garlic, wine, salt and pepper.
Continue cooking for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot
